80 mile beach

After Karratha we stopped over on a place along 80 mile beach. It IS 80 miles of beach, and it is beautiful. The caravan park looked funny though, because of a cyclone of category five that raged through the area in december. It was so strong it lifted a road trains and threw them over. It lifted sea containers and ruined all the nice, shady trees in the caravan park. AND, it lifted cows. Walking on the beautiful, longs streches of white sand, you will find skeletons from dead cows on eighty mile beach. They where all taken away with the wind, and smashed down on the beach. Here is one of them:

Below: Eighty Mile Beach. Drive for as long as you want to!!

Below: Me and my aboriginal friend. No its not a bomb, but a nut he sold me that he had carced out by himself. Simon´s nut has a kangaroo and a dingo on it, mine has a mud crab.
